Andrea Eger is a Regenerative Project Manager at The Nature Conservancy. At The Nature Conservancy, Andrea works on projects to help with the transition to a more regenerative agricultural system including expansion of new/third crops in row crop systems, agroforestry projects, expansion of prairie strips, land access for emerging farmers and watershed-based pilot projects. She has worked in agriculture for 15 years after first falling in love with farming while working on diversified vegetable farms after graduating college. She spent 7 years working on farms before spending time as a regenerative agricultural educator and managing Shared Ground Farmers Cooperative, a CSA and wholesale cooperative. She has also worked on farming projects in India, Guatemala and Rwanda.
