Jeanne Janson

Jeanne is the coordinator and northern navigator for Illinois FarmLink. She originally began working in land access with Northeast Illinois FarmLink. This year she has helped lead the transition to a statewide program, including implementing a new website and adding two navigators to the team. Jeanne is a former vegetable and livestock farmer and dreams of the day she'll graze a herd of dairy gals on natural prairie. She co-founded and currently organizes with National Young Farmers Coalition's northern Illinois chapter. As FarmLink Coordinator, her vision is to see more farmers and landowners working together to ensure farming remains a viable profession for future generations.
