Paul Goodman is seeking two qualified veggie growers to take over his 100+ member Certified Organic CSA program on his 400-acre farm in 2024. 

 

  • Large house on site with separate quarters for seasonal workers.

  • Infrastructure, equipment, and marketing services provided.

  • Growers would operate under Kings Hill Farm name and receive all profits from shares sold.

  • Long-term lease preferred (very low rent, years 1-3).

  • Possible option to eventually transfer ownership of partial acreage with right candidates.
